For the selected <DataConfigNode>, builds a new script data interface list, which is a hierarchy of nodes that represent the reflected data interface bindings between the Scenomics C++ API and the Scenome Scripting Language. This document can be found at \Scenomics\Projects\Outline\Interfaces.box.
