Presents a dialog that allows you to change the pixel format of the <Texture>'s underlying <Image> object. You can also configure new ranges if converting between unrelated image formats types. This command always creates a new <Texture> node and prompts you to choose a filename for the new <Texture>. The new destination <Texture> is added to the same parent as the source <Texture>.
