UniformBufferBindNodeRenumberSlots

Renumbers the binding slots for all objects of type <UniformBufferBindNode> currently resident below a <Program> node. The slot indices are maintained by the shader build process and shouldn't need to be edited manually. This command is for developer debugging purposes only and is not installed in the Shader app user interface.
