Reads a document containing key value pairs of a node name and the associated node documentation. For example: 'IDS_NODE_APPSCAFFOLDNODE_TYPE, AppScaffoldNode.'. Sets the corresponding <TypeConfigNode>'s Documentation member to use the documentation string.
