For the selected <CommandConfigNode>, builds a new command list that inserts new objects of type <CommandRepNode> and marks commands as removed if they are no longer present. Note that you can use the Clean command to remove any <CommandRepNode> instances that refer to commands that have been deprecated or removed. This document can be found at \Scenomics\Projects\Outline\Commands.box.
