ShaderBufferBindNodeConnectToBuffer

This connects the <ShaderBufferBindNode> to a <ShaderBufferNode> in the same document or in a remote document. Typically a remote document is a .BLD document (which is just a .BOX file with a different extension). This is an application developer debug command, and it has limited practicality for most users.
