Updated the reference documents access command (File » Open From GLSL Reference Library) to only present options for reference documents that are actually installed. Previously, the command sometimes presented options for files that were not installed, and then when the user attempted to open the file (which did not exist), the File Open dialog appeared in the base directory for the application. This is confusing and caused users to think certain files were missing from installations.
