Added an application service that tests sets of documents with the Simdify runtime. This can be used to test changes to the Simdify document export systems and changes to the Simdify runtime itself.
To test documents, start the Layout application. Select Application » Run Tests.... In the dialog that appears, type SPA.Test.Windows-Runtime-Documents. This presents a dialog that allows you to select the desired set of test documents.
Note that this will use the release version of the Simdify runtime. You can use the prebuilt version that ships with the Simdify Platform installer, or any version that that you've built yourself as long as it's the release version.
