IsMemberOfTopLevelArray Data Member Function

Returns true if the shader variable is a member of a top-level array, which means it is not stored in a nested declaration. For example: a member of a shader buffer or uniform buffer declared directly inside the shader buffer or uniform buffer, and not inside an instance of a struct.
